Your data is protected by leading security standards. It is never used to train AI models, and the servers QInsights uses are compliant with major privacy standards, including GDPR, ISO/IEC 27701, and HIPAA.

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
You can enable Multi-Factor Authentication in Settings → Security as an extra layer of protection for your account.

Automatic logout after inactivity
For security reasons, QInsights automatically logs users out after 30 minutes of inactivity. If you plan to step away for a longer period - for lunch or a meeting, for example - your session may expire while you're away. When you return, you may need to log in again before continuing your work.
Preparing sensitive data before upload
If your source material contains personally identifiable information you'd rather not upload as-is, use the Data Anonymizer Tool to strip or mask names, contact details, and other identifiers locally, before anything reaches QInsights.
