The company serves very different populations, from surgeons and athletes to elderly patients recovering from joint replacements. Their qualitative research spans countries, languages, and respondent types.

The difficulty was not running the interviews. It was what happened afterward, when tight timelines pushed analysts into fast read-throughs, selective highlights, and meeting-room comparisons instead of full dataset grounding.
