3. Add meta data
Comparing and contrasting responses or documents using metadata is a powerful analytic technique.
With QInsights, you can easily create variables for both speakers and documents. Speaker recognition is automatic, and you can assign values seamlessly.
Use these variables as filters to focus your analysis where it matters most, unlocking deeper insights with precision.

With QInsights, you can always verify the answers provided by our AI assistant. Below each answer, you'll see the names of the documents that contributed to it.
With just one click, a preview window opens, allowing you to browse through the specific data segments used to generate the response. This ensures full transparency and helps you stay connected to your data in context.
Ask questions about your audio or video files
With QInsights, you can seamlessly upload and analyze audio (mp3) or video (mp4) files. Our AI automatically transcribes the content, allowing you to apply theme analysis, conversational analysis, or grid analysis just as you would with text files.

Grid Analysis is perfect for interviews and focus groups. Ask specific questions, and responses from each participant are neatly organized in a grid.
